World Day of Prayer.
All women of Warren County are invited to Church Women United Day of Prayer on Friday, May 1st at 1:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church (handicapped accessible). The country focus is Nigeria, with the theme, "I Will Give You Rest; Come" Matthew 11:28-30. CWU is a worldwide ecumenical movement of Christian women of many traditions who come together for an annual observance of common day prayer. If you wish, you may "dress brightly", as the day's focused contry people do.
